Notification Options
In the event of severe weather tournaments may be postponed.  If the weather looks questionable a decision will be made by 4:00 pm the day of the tournament.  An email will be sent to all members who have provided an email address.  Those who cannot check email or don’t have email please call 402-610-1742 after 4:00 pm to check the status of the tournament.  We may not be able to answer the phone, but a voice greeting will be updated with our decision.  Our goal is to make a decision before most people leave work if they leave early.   If you would prefer an alternative method of notification please select your preferred method below.
